Once your farmhouse or villa stay booking is confirmed, you will receive an experience curation link. You can select spa therapies, private dining menus, or nature treks, or contact your success concierge manager directly to add them to your reservation sheet.

We support flexible cancellation rules. Guests receive a 100% refund for cancellations submitted up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7-13 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

Yes! Most of our premium catalog stays include local private chefs. You can submit dietary preferences (organic, gluten-free, kids meals) at least 72 hours before arrival, and our concierges will coordinate customized sourcing lists.
